When is my balance due and when do I sign the hunting waiver?
You will pay your remaining balance and sign your waiver upon arrival before hunting.
Do I have to Wear Orange?
Yes, in Alabama, all persons hunting any wildlife species are required to wear an outer garment above the waist with a minimum of 144 square inches of hunter orange or either a full-size hunter orange hat or cap. A small logo and/or printing is permitted on the front of hunter orange caps. The hunter orange must be of solid color and visible from any angle. Only hunter orange, commonly called blaze orange, ten-mile cloth, etc., is legal. Various shades of red, as well as camo orange, are not legal.
Note: The hunter orange requirement is found in Alabama Game and Fish Regulations.

How Many Deer Can I Take During My Hunt?
On a two-day hunt, you can harvest one buck and one doe.
On a three-day hunt, you can harvest two bucks and one doe.
Do You Charge for Button Bucks?
No, but it will be considered as your buck for your hunt. However, before your next hunt, you can pay our daily rate if you plan to take another buck.
What is Your Refund/Cancellation Policy?
We do not offer refunds. All deposits are non-refundable.
What is Your Smoking Policy?
No smoking is allowed in any of Bennett Lodge’s Buildings or Vehicles.
Can We Bring Pets?
Pets are not allowed on Bennett Lodge’s Premises.
How Long is Each Hunt?
Morning Hunts: You will be dropped off before daylight and picked up at 10 AM.
Afternoon Hunts: You will be dropped off around 2 PM and picked up at the end of legal shooting time (dark).
